Coach Hunt, San Rafael High Schools multi-sport coach is entering the begining of his lifetime experience as a coach. Coach Hung been coaching both baseball and basketball for 3 years. He started his coaching career as a JV boys basketball coach in Santa Rosa at Elsie Allen High School. Currently he is the head coach of the JV and assisstant coach of the Varsity Girls, as well as the assisstant coach of the varsity baseball team at San Rafael High School.
This is Coach Hunt's first year with Strictly Hoops and first year coaching AAU basketball. Knowing this he is coming into the season with energy, excitment and looking to work hard into putting together a quality and successful basketball season.
Coach Hunt graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and has earned a teaching credential in both physical education and biology from Sonoma State University in 2007. He has taught 1 year of high school biology and 2 years of physical education. His current teaching position is phyiscal education teacher at Venetia Valley Middle School in the San Rafael City School District. |
